WeCarve is a mobile control app designed for CNC engraving, laser engraving, and impact engraving machines. It integrates device connectivity, content creation, file management, and machine control into a single platform. The app supports the generation of images, drawings, text, and QR codes, as well as the output of G-code instructions, enabling end-to-end control of the entire process from design to engraving.
I. Device Connection Features
1. Wi-Fi Connection -> Search for Wi-Fi devices to view available Wi-Fi signals within the local network, then match and select the corresponding machine model to connect.
2. Bluetooth Connection -> Connect your phone to the machine via Bluetooth to pair and establish a connection.
3. Model Selection -> Lists all machine models offered by the company.
II. File List Feature
1. Displays all G-code files on the machine’s SD card.
III. Personal Center Feature
1. Help Center -> Access help information
2. Suggestions -> Submit suggestions to the company
3. Settings -> Configure language, speed, and dimensions.
4. Projects -> Storage location for created content -> Import and delete files.
IV. Gallery Features
1. Access the phone's photo gallery -> Select an image -> Import the image to the creation canvas.
V. Camera Features
1. Access the phone's camera -> Take a photo -> Import the photo to the creation canvas.
VI. Creation Panel Features
1. Assets -> View carving assets -> Select an asset to display on the creation canvas.
2. Drawing Features -> Drawing Panel Features -> Draw with brush -> Erase with eraser.
Undo Feature -> Undo drawing.
Redo Feature -> Redo drawing.
Clear Feature -> Clear canvas.
Text Feature -> Enter text -> Display on canvas.
3. Text Editing -> Enter text -> Hollow text -> Solid text -> Display on canvas.
4. Save -> Save current canvas content to project.
5. Delete -> Clear all current canvas content.
6. QR Code/Barcode Feature -> Generate a QR code or barcode based on the content -> Import it to the canvas.
7. Rotate Feature -> Rotate selected images on the canvas freely.
8. Horizontal Flip -> Flips the selected image on the canvas horizontally.
9. Vertical Flip -> Flips the selected image on the canvas vertically.
10. Move to Top/Bottom -> Changes the position of the selected image on the canvas.
11. Special Effects -> Applies special effects to the selected image on the canvas.
12. Adjustment Tools -> Adjust the brightness and contrast of the selected image on the canvas.
13. Crop Tools -> Crop and regenerate the selected image on the canvas.
14. Mask Tools -> Apply a mask to the selected image on the canvas.
15. Image Preview -> Preview the edited image.
16. Parameter Settings -> CNC, Laser, and Engraving -> Configure engraving parameters.
17. Upload File -> Transfer G-code files to the machine’s SD card.
VII. Control Panel Functions
1. Spindle Control -> Turn the spindle on or off.
2. Emergency Stop -> Force the machine to stop running.
3. Direction Control -> Control movement in the up, down, left, and right directions.
4. Home Position -> Set the machine’s home position.
5. Reset -> Reset the machine.
6. Power -> Set the machine’s power level.
7. Stepping -> Set the machine’s step size, travel distance, and movement speed.
