The SK1 is a well-thought-out and solid machine for which it earned my rating but if problems are encountered it is another story. I am familiar with tuning 3D printers but despite carefully setting the Z offset the result would be a 3mm error and while trying correct this using Fluidd I apparently bricked the motherboard, silly me. A replacement board arrived promptly but I've been unable instal firmware because on the one hand the USB ports don't work which then requires accessing the motherboard directly if one can find the appropriate files! It is a waste of time looking in your website so it is a matter of trolling through YouTube. This has been very frustrating, it is a good machine let down by poor customer support . Please include all of the appropriate firmware in your website and not just slicer files etc.
