Twotrees 30000RPM Wood Router for CNC Machine
Hello, I haven't used it yet because I'm having problems with the CNC's Z axis. The Z-axis support rollers are getting out of adjustment, and the Z axis vibrates, making the CNC unusable.
I had to take everything apart to tighten the rollers. Thanks and regards, Michel Hulstaert
you really want to know what I think? So here it is, the quality of the machine and the router are very good and it is an excellent value for money. but unfortunately there is the downside. One month's delay for a gift planned for Christmas (nothing to indicate to me that the vacuum cleaner and the CNC are not in stock. And delivery problems that stressed me out a lot (you can read my exchange with the after-sales service, it's instructive) then I buy a vacuum cleaner that is not compatible with the router...and it is certainly indicated that it is compatible with the CNC but, oh! they forget on the presentation page to indicate that it is impossible to mount it on the router. A hundred euros lost. More amusingly, the help to scan on the screen directs to a web page that no longer exists and some functions are difficult to find and understand. You wanted my opinion and I am sorry that it is 70% disappointed. I was thinking in the more or less near future to equip myself with a more professional machine but I will only take the accessories that cannot be found elsewhere. cordially
I am verey pleased with the Upgrade kit. Finally the mill has the right power to do serious projects adquate to the mill construction.
I only have one serious remark about the kit:
All touchable parts of an electrical appliance must be safe of getting in contact with AC high voltage (220V), no matter if the are hooked up to the grid or not.
Simply posting a safety note into the instructions will not qualify electrical safety standards here in Europe.
Please change the connector socket ( the one that connects to the spindle motor) on the relay control unit to a female version!!
This will prevent shock hazard when one touches the connector pins hat carry 220 V grid voltage without spindle cable being attached.
Aditionally the metal body of the spindle has to be conected to the protective ground conductor unless it's fully shielded with a plastic housing.
Neglecting these measures might get you in BIG TROUBLE with liability claims in case of an electrical shock accident causing serious health damage or death!!
Electrical appliances here in Europe MUST meet these standards outherwise they will not be approved for sale!!.
Since I am a trained person, I can live with the current risk hazard, but bear in mind that the main target customers for this product are untrained hobbyists,
and a short unthougtful moment could lead to serious accidents!
